Personal Use for regular visitors

All regular visitors of Prazzy.com adhere to following terms and are considered to be agreeable if use of web site is persistent without exception. Member specific terms and conditions follow this section.

If regular visitors are found to be in breach of the terms then Prazzy has the resources to block them from further use of the web site.

Use of content - Prazzy visitors must not replicate any original content provided by Prazzy.com or unoriginal content without first seeking the authors permission. Although the majority of content found on Prazzy.com is sourced from a variety of locations regular visitors do not have permission to reuse content as Prazzy have and should always seek express permission before doing so.

"Approval" of content - Approval of content, in the form of games, movies, members, comments and other deliverables will be at the total disgretion of Prazzy.com and the final decision will be made by Prazzy. Although Prazzy will provide as much information as possible whilst approve/removing content Prazzy are where the book stops.

Offensive Content - Prazzy submissions are approved before making there way online however on occasions offence content may slip through the net. In such case Prazzy will accept responsibility and any complaints made will be rectified asap.

External Links - Prazzy may link to external web sites via advertisements, user profiles and other areas. In this case Prazzy accept no responsibility for the content of said links and or any offensive content.

Abuse of Prazzy.com - Prazzy will not accept any abuse of its features such as contact and comment forms, register systems and especially constant refreshing of game pages. We also refuse to tolerate advertisement abuse, fraudelent clicks and anything else that wrongly inflates advertisers and members statistics.

Member specific terms and conditions

All members that register and actively use the Prazzy control systems are assumed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

If members are found to be in breach of the specific terms or the regular visitors terms Prazzy may remove there account from record and hold any outdated payment. Any payment made after removal is at the discretion of Prazzy.com .

Ownership and liability of games/movies - Members signing up to add games and movies agree that all content they are providing has been originally created by themselves and said members will be held personaly responsible if the opposite is found out to be true. Members are also responsible for there own content if any serious complaints are logged with Prazzy or other outside sources.

Adult Content - Prazzy will not accpet or approve adult content under any circumstances.

Multiple Account registeration - Prazzy do not allow multiple accounts to be created by the same person and any account found to be opened by the same person will be removed immediatley.

Abuse of Prazzy - If prazzy feel that you have in any hindered/ attempted to hinder the security, speed or viewing pleasure of our visitors and other members we will remove you from our records immediatley and any outstanding earnings will be paid at the disgreation of Prazzy.com.

Prazzy member earnings - Prazzy.com makes a commitment to reward its members financially for providing original content. The current rate of reward is $0.25 per thousand people who view there content. Members earnings can be found at any time in real time via the members control panel.

Payment of earnings - Payments are made by prazzy on the first day of each month subject to the payee reached at least $50 of earnings in the previous months. If a member hasn't reached $50 there earnings will be carried through until such time that there earnings are $50 and they are eligible for payment. Prazzy cannot guarantee that every member that signs up will reach the $50 threshold. This is largely dependant of other variables, such as traffic incoming to Prazzy.com and popularity of content.

Form of payment - All prazzy members are paid by paypal without exception and any requests for alternative payment will be considered but except in extreme cases denied.

False Earnings - Prazzy members found to be falsely inflating there earnings will be banned and any previous earnings not paid. Prazzy considers constant refreshing of game pages and constant advertisements clicks to be flase earnings and members found to be in breach of this point will be banned from Prazzy.

Incoming Links - Prazzy members are free to create incoming links to Prazzy however tricking people with blind links and misleading descriptions is not permitted.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Prazzy reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any point in time and if so they will contact members via email and notify visitors via the site.
